Return Policy

We accept returns within this timeframe after the order is received, provided the product is in perfect condition, shows no signs of use, and is properly packaged. The customer is always responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or we made a mistake.

2. How to Return Products

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location and the shipping service used. Versta is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

4. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Under Portuguese law, customers have 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, this right does not apply to customized products, as provided by law.

Shipping and payment

Shipping Methods and Costs
We work with CTT Express and InPost Portugal to ensure safe delivery.

Our shipping rates start at €5.42 + VAT and vary depending on the weight, the number of items, and the package format.

For this reason, in your order confirmation, we will indicate that we will send you an invoice listing the contents of your order and the applicable shipping charges.

Delivery Times
Once the order has been processed, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days. This timeframe is subject to change. During periods of high shipping volume, we cannot guarantee our usual delivery times.

Payments
Once payment for the order has been accepted and verified, the order is processed and prepared for shipment. Please note that payments made by bank transfer may take up to 24 hours to be verified.
